About The Role We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer for a full-time remote position based in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex data problems and a strong ownership mindset, taking projects from design through to delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Azure Fabric to build scalable data pipelines.

You will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to develop solutions that drive insights and operational efficiencies. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, optimizing data workflows, and applying AI tools to enhance engineering productivity. As part of our team, you will contribute to pioneering responsible AI initiatives that impact a broad range of industries.

Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, demonstrating a strong track record of building enterprise-grade data solutions.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Fabric, Databricks, and other Azure data services.

Deep understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to design efficient data schemas.





Proven expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining robust data pipelines and integration solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Spark, or similar technologies.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms in production environments, ensuring high availability and security.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Fabric, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for both structured and unstructured data sources, maintaining data quality and integrity.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective data solutions.

Implement performance tuning, scalability enhancements, and cost-optimization strategies for data workflows.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery timelines and improve solution quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, while proactively identifying areas for process improvements.

Work closely with architects, data analysts, and software developers throughout project lifecycles to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Own assigned tasks with accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes, demonstrating a proactive and responsible work ethic.

Leverage AI and automation to innovate and streamline data engineering processes, enhancing overall productivity.





Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders, raising risks early and providing regular updates on progress.

Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, adjusting priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.

Engage with global teams, including overlapping work hours with the U.S. East Coast (up to 1:00 PM ET), to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
