Workflow Analysis Optimisation
- Analyse and maintain custom AEM workflows.

- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between AEM and external platforms such as Salsify.
- Support validation and fixes for integrations across environments (Dev, Stage, Production).
- Work with APIs and data flows between systems.
- Ensure integration points are robust, well-documented, and maintained through platform changes and upgrades.
Testing Quality Assurance
- Oversee testing for all Adobe-related solutions, ensuring alignment with upgrade and release requirements.
- Support UAT and regression testing for platform changes and releases.
- Validate key user journeys (asset upload, publishing, distribution).
- Define and maintain testing protocols to validate platform stability and functionality after changes.
- Assist with environment configuration and release readiness.
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM in a technical capacity, including DAM operations.
- Strong knowledge of AEM back-office operations, including OSGi components, Sling, and JCR/CRX.
- Solid understanding of AEM workflows, architecture, and platform customisations.
- Experience troubleshooting custom workflows and components;
Experience supporting AEM environments running on modern Java versions (Java 11/17/21 preferred) and debugging skills.
- Experience working with system logs and error analysis.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing AEM version upgrades and patch management.
