- At least 5 years of business analysis experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance within manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI, with proven ability to create complex dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing and Databricks.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 tools such as Management Reporter and Electronic Reporting.
- Solid skills in data migration, training, and user support.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and provide after-hours support when needed.
- Advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Familiarity with other Dynamics 365 modules, such as Supply Chain Management or Sales.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing and Agile methodologies.
