We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead the development of compelling visual concepts across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines robust design expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring every creative asset aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and leadership to deliver impactful campaigns, elevate brand identity, and mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for digital, print, social media, web, email, and marketing collateral.
- Develop innovative visual solutions that strengthen brand identity and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead creative projects from ideation through final execution while maintaining high design standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business goals into compelling visual storytelling.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.




- Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in graphic or creative design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, marketing campaigns, and creative problem-solving.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital platforms including social media, websites, email, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
