Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement CSR strategies to promote community development, volunteer activities, and rural development initiatives.

- Manage NGO partnerships for fundraising, grant management, and project implementation.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR activities into business operations and reporting.

- Monitor progress against CSR goals and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or related field (NGO management).

- Solid understanding of community development, rural development, social service, social work, and volunteer activities.

- Proven track record in fund raising and managing grants from various sources.
