About the Role:

Words are how our brands earn trust, create desire, and stay memorable. As Senior

Copywriter at Encompass, you'll own the language across our portfolio - writing ad copy that converts, briefs that actually get followed, and scripts that make people stop scrolling.

You'll work across brands that have nothing in common except high standards, which means your range will be tested, and your craft will grow.

Key Responsibilities:

● Write copy that works: Ad copy, product descriptions, campaign headlines - crafted for the platform, the audience, and the brand. Consistent in voice, sharp in execution.

● Brief influencers like a strategist: Write influencer briefs that are clear, compelling,

and actually get creators to show up on-brand - not just on-product.

● Script content that holds attention: From reels to long-form video, write scripts that are built around storytelling first and selling second.

● Be the creative voice in the room: Lead brainstorms, bring unexpected angles to campaign briefs, and push the work past the obvious idea.

● Hold the editorial bar: Review, edit, and raise the quality of everything that goes out - yours and the team's. Good enough is not the standard here.

Qualifications:

● 5 years of copywriting experience,



with a portfolio that shows range - ad copy,

scripts, briefs, long-form, short-form

● Experience writing for D2C or consumer brands; you understand that copy isn't just creative, it's commercial

● Robust instincts for what makes content stop the scroll - on Instagram, on a marketplace listing, or in a performance ad

● Ability to work across multiple briefs simultaneously without losing attention to detail on any of them

● Comfortable giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback - this is a team that takes the work seriously
