About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who will be responsible for developing clear, engaging, and professional content for our company's products and services.

The candidate will work closely with the Business Development, Recruitment, Operations, and Management teams to understand our offerings and convert business information into compelling content that can be used across presentations, proposals, websites, brochures, social media, sales documents, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain content for the company's products, services, and business offerings.
- Develop content for company presentations, pitch decks, proposals, brochures, service profiles, and sales collateral.
- Research and understand our products/services and translate complex information into simple, professional, and engaging content.
- Create content for website pages, landing pages, service descriptions, and company profiles.
- Prepare case studies, success stories, capability documents, and client-facing business content.
- Work with the Business Development team to create content for client proposals, presentations, emails, and sales campaigns.
- Develop internal content such as process documents, service descriptions, training material, FAQs, and knowledge resources.
- Create professional content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms when required.
- Proofread and edit existing content for grammar, clarity,



consistency, and professional tone.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, terminology, and communication style across all content.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify content opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant information, data, achievements, and service details.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content-generation tools to improve research, ideation, drafting, and productivity while ensuring the final content is original and professionally edited.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
- Ability to write professional B2B and corporate content.
- Solid research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective content.
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
- Good understanding of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content.
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and consistency.

Preferred Skills
- Experience writing for B2B, Recruitment,



Staffing, IT Services, BPO, or Consulting companies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website content writing.
- Experience creating content for PowerPoint presentations and business proposals.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is an added advantage.
- Experience using AI writing and research tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.

The candidate should have a business-oriented mindset, strong curiosity, and the ability to independently research and create content with minimal supervision.

Education Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Freshers with strong writing skills and relevant samples/portfolio can also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
