Role: Senior Consultant Specialist- Delivery Support
Exp: 7-14 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Pune
:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Skilled on VB to script macro solutions using VBA in Excel.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, DevOps).
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to understand user needs and the information gap.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear process documentation and technical content for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint or equivalent). Decent proficiency creating skilled, visually engaging presentations, and info graphics).
