Role Description As a Senior Consultant at PInterview, you will provide expert guidance and coaching to students and professionals preparing for a variety of interview scenarios. In this full-time remote role, you will conduct 1-to-1 online mock interviews, deliver structured feedback, and help clients refine their communication, problem-solving, and domain-specific skills.

You will design and refine interview practice frameworks, contribute to training materials and content, and collaborate with other consultants to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The role involves assessing client needs, customizing coaching sessions,



tracking progress, and recommending actionable strategies for career advancement. You will also support continuous improvement of PInterview’s offerings by sharing insights on hiring trends, interview best practices, and market demands.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting, coaching, and mentoring skills with experience guiding candidates through interview preparation and career development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one relevant domain (e.g., HR, technology, coding, banking, management) and familiarity with common interview formats in that field.
- Ability to analyze candidate performance, identify skill gaps, and design tailored practice plans and interview strategies.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency in online meeting tools, collaboration platforms, and digital documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple client sessions and maintain detailed records.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline (such as Business, HR, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields), or equivalent qualified experience.
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, career coaching, or interview panel participation is highly beneficial.
