Role & responsibilities
Job Title: Senior Collection Executive
Age: Maximum 32 Years.
Experience: 1-7 Years.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers and collect overdue loan payments.
- Handle collections for Tractor, Commercial Vehicles (HCV, MCV, LCV), and 4-Wheeler loans.
- Meet monthly collection targets.
- Follow up with customers and resolve payment issues.
- Maintain collection records and submit daily reports.
- Follow company policies during all collection activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 17 years of field collection experience.
- Experience in Tractor, Commercial Vehicle, and 4-Wheeler finance collections.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for field visits.
- Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (preferred).
