The Senior Civil Engineer will have over 10 years' experience in roadway engineering and public works engineering, preferably with Caltrans project delivery experience from PID to PS&E; phases. You will also be supervising and mentoring several young engineers.
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering projects ranging from PID to PS&E; phases
- Assist in preparing proposals and attending interviews
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Professional Engineer (Civil) License
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects
- Proficiency in MicroStation, Inroads, and related CADD software
- Robust communication skills
- Experience working with a team
