Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer – Finishing will oversee and manage all civil finishing works on-site, including supervision of masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, façade works, and other architectural finishes. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that finishing works meet design specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

The role includes reviewing drawings, monitoring work progress, resolving technical issues, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring proper execution of finishing details.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will also support planning and scheduling,



verify material quantities and workmanship, document site activities, and contribute to cost and time efficiency throughout the finishing phase.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings for finishing works.
- Experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers, with proven capability to guide junior engineers and site staff.
- Demonstrated skills in Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of finishing activities to meet project milestones.
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles related to building construction, with familiarity in Stormwater Management and site infrastructure as an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience in finishing works on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling software).
- Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in office and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
