Chef de Partie (CDP) – TRRINZO PIZZERIA

TRRINZO PIZZERIA is looking for an experienced and responsible Chef de Partie (CDP) for our restaurant in Bardoli, Gujarat.

We are a pure-vegetarian pizzeria specialising in wood-fired pizzas, pasta, garlic bread, Panuzzo sandwiches and other Italian-inspired dishes.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional restaurant or commercial kitchen.
- Previous experience as a CDP or DCDP is preferred.
- Good knowledge of kitchen preparation, food handling and cooking procedures.
- Ability to independently manage a kitchen station during busy service hours.
- Experience in pizza, Italian cuisine, continental cuisine or QSR kitchens will be an advantage.
- Must understand food hygiene, cleanliness, portion control and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume dinner and weekend operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the assigned kitchen station independently.
- Prepare and execute dishes according to TRRINZO recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain proper mise en place before service.
- Monitor portion size, presentation, taste and consistency.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Head, DCDPs, Commis and kitchen helpers.
- Maintain food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Follow FIFO, stock rotation, storage and expiry-control procedures.




- Minimise food wastage and report stock shortages.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak service hours.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff whenever required.

Job Details Location: Bardoli, Gujarat

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Benefits: Food + Accommodation

Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Working Hours: Approximately 10 working hours per day as per kitchen roster

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
