Seeking a CAM/CNC Programmer skilled in Siemens UG NX to create geometries, generate toolpaths, and develop CNC programs for turning, milling, and mill-turn machines. The role focuses on delivering efficient, accurate, and production-ready machining solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify part geometries using Siemens UG NX.
- Generate and optimize CNC toolpaths.
- Perform toolpath post-processing and CNC code generation.
- Program Turning operations (VTL & HTL).
- Develop CNC programs for 2-, 3-, and 5-axis Milling.
- Create and validate Mill-Turn programs.
- Automate CNC machining processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality and tolerance requirements.
- Simulate and verify CNC programs before production.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
