Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the courier, logistics, and transportation sector.

- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.

- Meet potential clients to understand their shipping and logistics requirements.

- Promote courier services and prepare customized business proposals.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely follow-up.

- Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and industry trends.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and business networking events when required.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.





- Strong sales and business development experience.

- Knowledge of courier, logistics, or supply chain services.

- Ability to generate leads and close deals.

- Good presentation and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
