As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious sales skilled to join our Partnerships team.

About the Role

This is a hunter role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, negotiating commercial partnerships, and closing new business.

You'll own the complete sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and engaging decision-makers to negotiating partnerships and closing deals. After closing, you'll work closely with our Account Management team to ensure a seamless handover.

What You'll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate meetings through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct client discovery meetings and present QYUBIC's solutions.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.




- Build long-term relationships with brands and strategic partners.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing is preferred.
- Candidates from Performance Marketing, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, Media Sales, or Digital Marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
