Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through company-provided leads
- Generate and conduct site visits for interested clients
- Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
- Achieve weekly site visit targets
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English
- Hindi & local language proficiency is an added advantage
- Sales, negotiation & customer handling skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
