- B.E. or diploma in Biomedical/Electronics/ Instrumentation/Electrical Streams.

Role and Responsibilities

- Maintain good co-ordination and communication with other department for effective functioning.
- Maintain all the files, records and registers entrusted up to date.
- Perform the servicing and preventive maintenance of all equipment’s in time.
- Breakage and missed items if any must be brought to knowledge of HOD BME Dept.




- Maintaining the stock level of critical spare parts for all major equipment.
- Maintain the inventory of all equipment and keep note of all the details related to its performance.
- Do when necessary preventive maintenance test for equipment entrusted.
- Give training to the staff of various departments who handle the equipment’s entrusted.
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties assigned by the in charge BME.
- Go on daily rounds to the departments to find any fault and rectify the same.
- To maintain professional development through attending seminars, workshopsRole & responsibilities
