Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of continuous experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.

Vendor Network: Must have worked exclusively with Prime Vendors (Tier-1) and direct clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Bench Marketing: Market our Bench Consultants across various visa types (H1/H1 Transfer/H4 EAD/OPT/CPT/GC/TN, and US CITIZEN).
- Tax & Visa Expertise: Maintain a sharp understanding of employment types (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099, etc.) and the complete process of transferring H1B profiles.
- Sourcing & Broadcasting: Post resumes on major US job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.) and social networking platforms. Periodically broadcast consultant profiles and the company Hotlist.
- Pipeline Management: Track all profile submissions, make regular follow-ups,



and aggressively reach out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
- Interview Coordination: Keep consultants informed regarding vendor calls and end-client interview schedules, and actively prepare consultants to transparent these interviews.
- Negotiation & Closing: Utilize exceptional cold calling, rate negotiation, convincing, and closing skills to secure profitable rates with Prime Vendors and clients.
- Relationship Building: Identify potential Tier-1 vendors and maintain a healthy, long-term interpersonal relationship with both clients and vendors.
