Job Title: Senior Automic / Workload Automation Specialist

Job Type: Contract - 12 Months

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automic / Workload Automation Specialist to manage and support enterprise batch scheduling, workload automation, and file transfer processes in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot Automic/UC4 batch jobs and workflows.
- Monitor job execution, dependencies, schedules, failures, and reruns.
- Ensure smooth batch job lifecycle from initiation through successful completion.
- Manage and monitor file transfers using GoAnywhere, SFTP and FTP.
- Investigate failed or delayed jobs and file transfers and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Handle production incidents and coordinate with relevant technical/application teams for resolution.
- Provide EOD (End-of-Day) support and ensure critical batch processes are completed within agreed timelines.




- Maintain operational stability and support business-critical scheduled processes.
- Work in a 24/7 shift-based production support environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 11+ years of hands-on experience with Automic / UC4 Workload Automation is mandatory.
- Strong experience in job scheduling, workflow management and job dependencies.
- Good understanding of batch processing and batch job lifecycle.
- Experience with GoAnywhere or similar managed file transfer platforms.
- Good knowledge of SFTP and FTP protocols.
- Basic to strong production troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- Experience working in 24/7 production support / shift environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
