Position: Senior Audit Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Qualification: CA / CMA (Qualified) or Semi-Qualified (CA/CMA Inter with articleship completed) with rich, hands-on experience in statutory audit

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute statutory audits end-to-end — planning, fieldwork, and finalisation — for a diverse client base including Indian subsidiaries of foreign entities, MSMEs, and NGOs
- Review financial statements for compliance with Companies Act, 2013, applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS, and Standards on Auditing
- Supervise and guide article assistants/junior team members; review their working papers
- Coordinate directly with client finance teams and resolve audit queries independently
- Draft audit reports,



management letters (LFAR), and CARO reporting
- Ensure timely completion of audits within engagement timelines
- Liaise with engagement partners on key judgment areas and risk matters

Desired Candidate Profile

- CA/CMA with 2–4 years post-qualification experience in statutory audit (or semi-qualified with 5+ years of relevant articleship/industry audit experience)
- Robust working knowledge of Ind AS/AS, Companies Act provisions, and audit documentation standards
- Prior exposure to audits of foreign-owned Indian entities or cross-border clients preferred
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and audit tools/ERP environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships independently

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
