NWe're Hiring: Senior Associate – US Audit

NLocation: Indore – On-site

NExperience: More than 3 years of experience in Indian audits

NPreference: Candidates with experience in a Big 4 firm or a similar organization

NJob Responsibilities

nLead and manage statutory audit engagements while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

NReview financial statements, audit reports,



and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

NCommunicate effectively with clients and resolve audit-related queries in a timely manner.

NMentor and supervise junior team members while reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.

NEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

NIdentify risks and recommend improvements to strengthen financial reporting and internal controls.

NKey Skills and Qualifications

N Strong experience in statutory audits and financial statement analysis.

NSound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), the Companies Act, and auditing standards.

N Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

NAbility to manage multiple assignments and deliver quality work within deadlines.

N* Strong client management and team management skills.
