What does the job entail?
Maintaining & managing MIS data as per pre-defined guidelines. ۰ Handling customer data to ensure process completion. ۰ Assigning cases to the team as per pre-defined guidelines. ۰ Ensuring process completion as per pre-defined TAT and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs). ۰ Underwriting of cases as per TAT and achieving daily target.
