Role Overview

We are looking for a high-octane, creatively driven Branding Specialist to join our core leadership team as a Manager / Senior Manager. In this role, you will hold the keys to our brand architecture, translating our massive physical scale (millions of square feet of active development) into compelling digital narratives, market-disrupting campaigns, and an magnetic employer brand.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Communication

Brand Evolution: Define, evolve, and protect the brand identity, corporate positioning, and value proposition across all market segments (Luxury Villas, Integrated Townships, and Plots).
Campaign Architecture: Conceptualize, launch, and execute high-impact end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for new project launches and sustainment phases.
Ad Agency Management: Act as the strategic anchor for external creative, digital,



and PR agencies—writing world-class briefs, pushing creative boundaries, and ensuring flawless execution.
Digital Storytelling & Content Strategy
Narrative Building: Move beyond transactional "square footage" selling. Craft powerful, emotionally resonant digital storytelling that highlights communities, lifestyle, lifestyle architecture, and sustainability.
Content Ecosystem: Oversee the creative direction for all digital touchpoints (Website, Social Media, YouTube, and Lead Gen channels) ensuring a premium, consistent visual and verbal vocabulary.
Employer Branding & Internal Culture
Talent Attraction: Partner with the HR leadership team to design and launch an authentic Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that positions the company as an employer of choice.
Recruitment Marketing: Run digital campaigns targeting prospective top-tier industry professionals, showcasing our internal growth tracks, reliable found
