This leadership role is key to optimizing our operational efficiency and ensuring our pricing strategies are competitive, profitable, and aligned with market trends. The Head of Pricing will oversee both the strategic direction of pricing models and the day-to-day logistics operations, driving performance improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement robust pricing strategies across all freight logistics services to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to adjust pricing models accordingly.
Design dynamic pricing models tailored to different customer segments and freight types (e.g., air, sea, road).
Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to create pricing proposals for key clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Operational Leadership:




Oversee the day-to-day operations of the freight logistics business, ensuring seamless coordination between pricing, logistics, and customer service teams.
