Role & Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new clients across FMCG, food, beverage, and personal care verticals in India, driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
Collaborate with R&D; to translate client briefs into custom flavour/fragrance formulations, ensuring technical feasibility and market fit.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify white-space opportunities and positioning advantages for new product launches.




Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and demonstrations to contract negotiation and post-sale support—with a focus on retention and upsell.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client sites to build visibility, credibility, and long-term relationships.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical pitches, and ROI-driven proposals tailored to decision-makers across functions.
