We're on the lookout for a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to help our clients streamline their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Key Requirements:
✅ Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation, configuration, or support
✅ Solid grasp of FP&A; processes — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
✅ Proven ability to build and maintain models, sheets, dashboards, and OfficeConnect reports
✅ Experience designing planning workflows, approval chains, and version management
✅ Skilled at gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable planning solutions
✅ Working knowledge of financial statements, GL structures, and management reporting
✅ Robust communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with finance stakeholders
✅ Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM/Financials is a big plus
✅ Adaptive Planning certification preferred but not mandatory
