About The Role

The Management Fellowship is a structured 12-month program designed to develop future investment professionals through hands-on exposure to the venture capital lifecycle.The Fellow will work closely with the investment and portfolio team across sector research, deal sourcing, investment analysis, and portfolio value creation.

This Fellowship is a pathway to venture capital with a primary role to handle research, deal discovery, startup evaluation,



financial and business analysis, and portfolio management which concentrates on Applied AI and Agentic AI Technology Stack, Hardware & Compute Infrastructure: sectors where technological differentiation, enterprise adoption cycles, data/security constraints, regulatory depth, and execution complexity shape long-term value creation.

The focus lies on commercially deployable layers such as agent orchestration frameworks, workflow and decisioning systems, evaluation/observability and guardrails, data + retrieval architectures (RAG, knowledge layers), model serving and inference optimization (latency, cost, reliability), and secure governance for enterprise deployments.

Alongside horizontal infrastructure, we actively track enterprise workflow and industry-specific applications where deep domain expertise and tight integration into systems of record become durable moats
