Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process operations, production planning, quality compliance, and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor production activities for CCS and SSG manufacturing.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor process parameters and optimize production efficiency.
Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and EHS guidelines.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.




Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor raw material consumption, yield, and minimize process losses.
Lead and supervise production operators during shift operations.
Participate in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
Knowledge of pharmaceutical excipient or chemical manufacturing processes.
Understanding of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and cGMP.
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical excipients, specialty chemicals, starch derivatives, fine chemicals, or other continuous/batch process manufacturing industries will be preferred.
