Yali Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in government sales, tender management, and business development. The ideal candidate will identify and develop business opportunities across the healthcare logistics, defence & surveillance, public safety, and disaster management sectors, while driving the adoption of Yali Aerospace's advanced unmanned aerial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the government and enterprise sectors.
Monitor and evaluate government tenders related to UAVs, aerospace, logistics, healthcare, defence, public safety, and disaster management.
Manage end-to-end bidding processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, healthcare institutions, defence organizations,



disaster management authorities, and strategic partners.
Present Yali Aerospace's drone solutions to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and leadership teams to prepare competitive proposals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business growth targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, government procurement policies, and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, government sales, tender management, or B2G sales.
Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal and government tender submission processes.
Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and documentation.
Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated
