At Rasa Silver Stories, we’re redefining jewellery retail by bringing premium, handcrafted 925 silver jewellery to customers through an experience-first approach. With 7 stores across 4 cities and an ambitious national expansion ahead, we’re building the systems, culture and customer experience that will power the next phase of our growth.

We’re looking for a Head of Retail Growth & Operations to work directly with the founder and lead our retail business.

What You’ll Own

* Drive sales growth across all retail stores
* Build a high-performance retail culture
* Develop KPIs, scorecards and performance dashboards
* Improve conversion, average bill value and repeat customers
* Build a world-class clienteling programme




* Coach Store Managers into business leaders
* Ensure flawless execution of SOPs, VM and customer experience
* Lead recent store launches
* Build scalable retail systems for our next phase of expansion

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years in premium retail
* Experience leading multiple stores or regions
* Strong understanding of retail analytics and customer behaviour
* Someone who enjoys building systems, not just managing teams
* Jewellery or Fashion experience only
