Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management, coordination, ensuring compliance with the contract and liaison with PD & DPD.




Sets up the supervision organization and manages the whole team.
Lead the site team. Ensure all deliverables are prepared in accordance with quality and time constraints.
Liaison with the Contractors, Client and other stakeholders.
Monitoring of implementation programme & progress
Develop schedules for site works
Coordinate all elements of the construction activities
Review of method statement submitted by the contractor
Monitor the contractor’s activities for ensuring quality, safety and conformity to contract specifications and timeframe
Make a suitable arrangement for monitoring the performance of the Contractors and their sub-contractors
Review the traffic management plan during construction
Verify completed work & prepare a request for payment to contractors
Certify progress claim from the contractor
Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of reports as per the contractual requirement
