Key Responsibilities

Sourcing top-tier IT talent through diverse channels—including niche tech communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Dev.to), event participation (hackathons, meetups), and targeted Boolean searches.
Screen resumes with a focus on technical depth, growth potential, and cultural contribution—not just experience checkboxes.
Conduct engaging, values-aligned HR interviews that assess communication, adaptability, and alignment with our mission.
Coordinate and facilitate seamless interview experiences—prepping candidates, gathering feedback, and ensuring a candidate-first approach.
Own the full-cycle recruitment journey: from crafting compelling job descriptions to closing offers with empathy and clarity.
Build and maintain a vibrant talent pipeline—especially for underrepresented tech roles and passive candidates.
Champion employer branding by sharing our story on social media, blogs, and industry events to attract mission-driven talent.
