Support the productive operation of the Finance Department by maintaining effective financial controls and ensuring departmental efficiency to support business growth.
Proactively enhance guest satisfaction and comfort by responding promptly and positively to guest requests and needs.
Develop and implement clear business strategies with defined objectives, measurable performance indicators, and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making and effective execution.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of growth, high performance, and employee engagement within the department.
Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee the control, audit, and continuous improvement of all accounting functions.
