Designation: AVP - Operations (US Market)

The GM/AVP US Operations will be a core leadership member, entrusted with heading the operations and back-end functions of Flipspacess US business. This role demands a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on executionensuring project excellence, profitability, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.

What is Expected of an Operations Business Leader:

Operations & Business Leadership:
- Head operations and backend for overall accounts, ensuring achievement of business goals.
- Own P&L; delivery with accountability for profitability, cost control, and financial reporting.




- Execute initiatives ranging from broad ops strategies to tactical improvements.
- Develop and implement workflows that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Build and scale systems, tools, and processes, including evaluating recent project management technologies

Project & Construction Management:
- Oversee execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and profitability.
- Identify work fronts, allocate resources, and supervise labor planning.
- Lead weekly project reviews to define success factors, track KPIs, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate across design, engineering, services, and procurement teams for seamless delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive proactive resolution of delays and unexpected challenges.
