About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing division and drive business growth for our international clients.

This is not a traditional marketing management role. We are looking for a strategic leader who thinks like a business owner, takes complete ownership of client success, embraces AI-first marketing, and continuously innovates to stay ahead of the industry.

You will work closely with our SEO Manager and Website Manager, while leading and growing our Paid Marketing and Social Media functions. Your mission is to ensure every client receives measurable business outcomes, generates quality leads, and achieves long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities





Own the overall digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of international clients.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase revenue, and maximize ROI for clients.
Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and acting as their strategic marketing advisor.
Lead and mentor the Paid Marketing and Social Media teams while collaborating closely with the SEO Manager and Website Manager to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Ensure all marketing activities across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Website Development, CRO, and Content work together to achieve client business goals.
Continuously identify current growth opportunities, marketing initiatives, and innovative strategies that help clients scale their businesses.
Review campaign performance, analyze data, and make strategic decisions based on measurable outcomes.
