Company: Jinn is an online platform to book vetted and trained home cooks for single, multiple and recurring visits. Our mission is to solve daily home nutrition for urban Indian homes, starting with Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West.

Role: Train Jinn’s home cooks through structured training sessions and ongoing coaching. This involves designing and delivering training on home style cooking, kitchen best practices, food safety basics, plating and presentation, and platform or process workflows as needed. The Trainer will conduct group workshops and one-on-one sessions, and provide clear feedback.

Qualifications:
Experience in training, coaching, or teaching adults, preferably in culinary, hospitality, or operations-focused environments.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain concepts simply and support learners with varied backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of kitchen workflows, food hygiene, or hospitality best practices; formal food safety training is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track progress and provide constructive feedback.
