Role Summary

The Manager, IT Delivery role manages and leads a team of technical support staff who design, develop, test, implement, and monitor software and tools; works with business leaders to define scope and requirements, and plans and executes the development of various systems; and acts as liaison with business sponsors and principals, while leading cross-functional teams,



managing project risks and resources, and integrating cybersecurity best practices to ensure secure and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Corporate Systems technology strategy, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities and technology OKRs, and translating strategic intent into explicit platform and delivery outcomes.
Working collaboratively with different stakeholders for Corporate Systems in partnership with architecture and engineering leaders, making deliberate trade-offs to balance platform health, risk, and delivery momentum.
Provide engineering leadership across Corporate Systems platforms, ensuring they are stable, scalable, and aligned to architectural standards and modern engineering practices.
Ability to connect strategic intent to execution by balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform evolution—including modernisation, decommissioning legacy compone
