Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with robust expertise in US Taxation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO solutions with a strong understanding of finance processes, US tax compliance requirements, and integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
Design and implement US taxation solutions within SAP, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Work on tax determination, tax codes, sales and use tax, withholding tax, and integration with third-party tax engines where applicable.




Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
Perform Fit-Gap analysis and prepare functional specifications.
Work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury, and other SAP modules.
Execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and user training materials.
Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance.
Required Skills
10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
Extensive experience with US taxation, including:
Sales & Use Tax
Withholding Tax
Tax Procedures
Tax Codes
Federal and State Tax requirements
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
