About the Role
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner to leaders and HR teams,



balancing employee advocacy with business priorities while strengthening organizational capability. You will lead complex employee relations matters, build scalable governance frameworks, and influence organizational practices that promote fairness, consistency, compliance, and business performance.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
Conduct and oversee workplace investigations involving policy violations, misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics concerns, and workplace conflicts.
Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on performance improvement, disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, organizational changes, and other sensitive employee matters.
Interpret and apply company policies while balancing employee experience, legal compliance, and business needs.
