Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IMS DB, MVS COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and Db2, ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive project success through meticulous planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery management process for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and client expectations.
Utilize strong IMS DB knowledge to oversee database management and ensure data integrity throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.
Monitor project progress and performance,



implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or risks.
Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in delivery management.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Mandatory Skills:
Solid expertise in IMS DB is a deal breaker for this role.
Proficient in MVS COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and Db2.
Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
