We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Functional Specialist to act as the functional SME for Finance and Project Management & Accounting (PMA) modules. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, best-practice D365 solutions, support business transformation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional SME for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Bridge business stakeholders and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions.
Manage change requests, enhancements, integrations, ISV implementations, legal entity rollouts, testing, and production support.
Review and validate functional designs to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and business objectives.
Lead UAT activities and support SIT, deployments, and hypercare.
Support D365 security, compliance, licensing governance, and process standardization.

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Minimum 2-3 end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation projects
Experience supporting ERP enhancements, business transformation initiatives, and production support
Experience working with system integrators, implementation partners, and business stakeholders
Experience supporting integration projects, ISV implementations, and legal entity rollouts
