Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing and delivering end-to-end IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of enterprise IT projects. The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Lead multiple IT projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
Monitor project progress,



identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support.
Manage project documentation, change requests, and project governance.
Track project KPIs, timelines, quality, and deliverables.
Drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor and guide team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Required Skills
7+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in IT Project Management.
Proven experience managing and delivering enterprise-level IT projects.
Solid understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum
