The Team

The Associate, Data Specialist sits within the Data Foundation & Governance pillar of the Global People Data Analytics & Reporting (PDAR) function. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusted people-data foundations — standardized definitions, a business glossary, and data quality — across Workday and connected HR systems. The Associate will support master data governance, data alignment, and documentation that underpin consistent,



reliable reporting and analytics for the global workforce

How You Will Contribute

Develop and maintain standardized HR data definitions and a business / metric glossary across HR, Finance, and business units
Establish and run data quality standards, checks, and periodic audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support data alignment across Workday, Jobvite and other people systems
Maintain master data governance for key entities such as positions, organizations, and cost centers
Document data lineage, definitions, and change controls to preserve consistency over time
Partner with HRIS on Workday data architecture and configuration decisions that impact reporting
Support governance and stewardship processes, including definition change requests and dispute resolution
Identify and remediate data quality issues in partnership with reporting and HRIS teams
