Job Title: Graphic Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and hands-on experience creating engaging digital creatives across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in Figma is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing product catalogues (batches) and course-related creatives.
Create high-converting YouTube thumbnails that drive engagement.
Design promotional creatives for offers, campaigns, and product launches.
Develop digital marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other online platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.





Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma (Mandatory).
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and digital creative work.
Experience designing for social media, YouTube, and digital marketing campaigns.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the EdTech or consumer internet industry.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
Experience creating performance marketing creatives and promotional assets.
