Analyst/ Senior Analyst – Wet Chemistry

About the Role
At LT Foods, we are looking for a highly skilled laboratory skilled to strengthen our Assurance+ Lab. The role will be responsible for analytical testing, method development, regulatory compliance, accreditation management, quality systems and customer-driven laboratory excellence across food safety and residue analysis.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of food safety, scientific excellence, regulatory compliance and laboratory governance.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead testing and analysis of pesticide residues, contaminants, heavy metals and other organic residues in food and related matrices.

✅ Develop, validate and optimise analytical methods using chromatographic and mass spectrometry techniques including HPLC, GC, GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS.

✅ Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements and international testing standards.

✅ Prepare validation protocols, analytical reports,



method development documentation and technical interpretations.

✅ Drive laboratory quality systems, SOP compliance, calibration practices and audit preparedness.

✅ Support laboratory accreditations and certifications including NABL, EIC, APEDA, FSSAI and other regulatory frameworks.

✅ Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions and continuous process improvement initiatives.

✅ Partner with government bodies, customers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure best-in-class laboratory operations.(Derived from the handwritten notes provided by the hiring manager.)

Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry).
✔ 8-10 years of experience in analytical laboratories, food testing, residue testing, contaminants testing or laboratory operations.
✔ Strong expertise in chromatographic techniques, mass spectrometry and analytical method validation.
