PURPOSE
Sales Manager in is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, guest relationship management, and managing guest relationships, and fostering business development across our wellness vertical. The role focuses on identifying and converting business opportunities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Reporting Roles: Sales Executives | Assistant Sales Managers | Sales Coordinators
Interacts with:
External – Corporate Clients, Event Organizers, Travel Agents, Government Bodies, and OTA Partners
Internal – Functional Heads, Marketing, Front Office, Food and Beverages (F&B;), Banquet Operations, Finance, Legal, and Hotel Operations teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & and Planning:




• Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for wellness vertical.
• Plan and execute sales activities aimed at increasing business from corporate.
• Monitor competitor performance and trends in the market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Optimize profitability by focusing on high-yield business, managing discounting, and monitoring conversion metrics.
Account & and Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, meeting planners, and high-net-worth (HNI) individuals.
• Conduct regular sales activities such as site inspections, roadshows, client entertainment, and networking to build relationships and secure bookings.
