Oben Electric is looking for a seasoned FP&A; leader with over 15 years of experience and deep expertise in manufacturing finance to lead strategic planning, commercial finance, and business partnering as we scale our EV manufacturing operations.

Mandatory: Minimum 6 years of Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership.
Conduct detailed variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast) and generate actionable business insights.
Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to improve business performance.
Develop financial models for business planning, strategic initiatives, investments, and expansion projects.
Monitor profitability, margins, working capital, cash flow, and key business KPIs.
Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions.
Support pricing decisions,



investment evaluations, and business case preparation.
Collaborate with Controlling and Accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing activities.
Lead Capex planning, ROI analysis, and project financial evaluations.
Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and analytics processes.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and founders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified CA and/or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or Finance Controlling.
Solid experience in Manufacturing Finance with exposure to plant operations, costing, inventory management, and working capital management.
Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, profitability analysis,
