MUST HAVE:

4years of IT experience with 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Minimum 2-4 full-lifecycle multi-module SuccessFactors implementations
Experience on Employee Central Global Perks
Employee Central with atleast 2 end to end Time off implementations
Certifications in SuccessFactors modules is a plus esp. Employee Central
Manage Corporate and Succession Data Models
Create & Setup workflows Notifications
Define new and update Business rules




Work on event reasons and derivations
Work on setting custom MDFs and related workflows/rules.
Data Imports and Exports at Employee and Foundation Data
Position Management including managing org charts
Knowledge on Structure and Function of generic and foundation objects
Managing Role Based Permissions including setting up security and local administrators
Home page configuration and Permissions
Knowledge of 3rd party integration with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience on Adhoc and ORD Reports
Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
Knowledge of agile software development process
