About the Role

The NPI & Commercialization Engineer is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of current customer product introductions, ensuring a seamless transition from opportunity identification through sample validation, production readiness, commercial launch, order fulfilment, customer acceptance, and post-launch performance. The role acts as the central coordinator between Sales, Customer Care, Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, Planning, Operations and Suppliers to ensure that new products are introduced successfully, delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and remain commercially successful throughout their lifecycle. This role is accountable for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing launch risks, maintaining data integrity, supporting engineering changes,



and continuously improving commercialization processes to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

New Product Introduction (NPI) Management
Manage the end-to-end NPI process from customer opportunity through successful commercial launch.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines and launch schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution of all launch activities.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting launch timing.
Maintain accurate project documentation and commercialization records.
Conduct regular project review meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Sample & Prototype Management
Coordinate quotation requests, sample sourcing, procurement and supplier activities.
Ensure prototype and sample parts are manufactured, inspected and delivered according to customer requirements.
Coordinate with Supplier Quality and Quality Assura
